A race for the future.

1,000 miles in 24 hours for youth mental health.

Join the official 24-hour race or simply dedicate the miles that you run that day towards our grand total! Participants in the ultra-distance race will receive a finishers buckle for 100k and 100-mile finishes. All participants who register and cover miles between 8 am on Saturday, 8/15 and 8 am on Sunday, 8/16 will help us to reach our 1,000-mile goal! 

We invite you to join us on Saturday, August 15th, to cover some serious ground for a good cause! With 24 hours on the clock, you will have the opportunity to compete solo or to run, walk, cycle, swim, or ruck as far as you like with others from across the globe!

Join us in person.

We are opening several in-person spots to join us at the beautiful Snowfields Farms in Pownal, Maine. This socially distanced trail race will be open to a total of 45 runners sharing the trails at various times throughout the day. No more than 25 runners will be on trail at one time and all precautions will be taken to ensure a safe and memorable race experience with safety serving as our first priority.

Join a movement dedicated to sharing the latest research in breath education with students, teachers, and community leaders throughout the country and beyond!

B.R.E.A.T.H.E Coalition members will be listed in our global directory, receive monthly emails with the latest research in breath education, and receive discounts on our professional development material. 

 

Members will also be invited to join a quarterly digital conference call connecting breath-focused thought leaders from multiple disciplines across the globe. 

 

Membership is $100 annually. 

 

Your membership dues allow us to present the latest science of stress and anxiety management to students across the globe. 

Physiology First works to accomplish the following four goals through our

“people-powered“ and community-funded educational initiative. 

 

  1. Partner with educational leaders to update current health curriculum. ​

  2. Present our Physiology First seminars directly to students. ​

  3. Offer professional development services to educators. ​

  4. Carry out research related to breathing dysfunction and the anxiety response.
